Terms of Service
The agreement between you (the store owner) and Tocler for using the platform, the Dashboard and your stores.
What changed — applies from 3 November 2026
Rewritten: Tocler is software run by an individual developer; you are the seller of your goods; card payments go to your own account; Tocler’s fee depends on your plan; zero tolerance for stolen, cracked or infringing goods.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Tocler ("Tocler", "we", "us") and the person or business that creates a Tocler account ("you", the "Subscriber" or "store owner"). Tocler is operated by Tocler, an individual developer (not a registered company). The Terms apply to the Tocler website (https://tocler.com), the Tocler Dashboard (https://www.dashboard.tocler.com), the online stores you run on Tocler and every related service (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, ticking "I agree" or using the Service you accept these Terms and the documents they include: the Merchant / Seller Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, Payments, Fees & Payouts, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the AML & Compliance Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Addendum, the DMCA & Copyright Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Buyer Terms that apply to your customers. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. What Tocler is — and what it is not
Tocler is software: an online platform that lets you build and run your own online stores for digital goods (for example game keys, gift cards, software licences and prepaid codes). With one account you can create stores on your-store.tocler.com or your own domain (on plans that include it), list products, upload keys and codes, deliver them automatically, manage orders, customers, support, branding and emails, and invite a team (on plans that include it).
Tocler is not the seller of the goods in your stores, is not a party to the sale between you and your buyer, and does not check, own, hold or guarantee the goods you sell. You are the seller. You decide what you sell, describe it, price it, deliver it, support it and refund it. Tocler is also not a bank, money transmitter, payment institution or exchange: card payments in your stores go to your own payment account with a payment provider you choose and contract with directly.
Features, limits and prices depend on your plan (see Pricing). We improve the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features; if a change removes a material paid feature you rely on, we tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and not barred from using the Service by any law or sanctions list.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Verify your email address before using the account.
- Keep your password, 2-step login codes and backup codes secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by team members you invite. We strongly recommend 2-step login; you can require it for your whole team.
- Tell us immediately at support@tocler.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not create accounts to get around limits, bans, fees or plan rules.
3. Your legal responsibility as a seller
You are solely responsible for your stores and everything in them: the legality, licensing, origin, accuracy and safety of every product; your product descriptions, terms and prices; delivery, support, refunds and disputes with your buyers; the taxes, invoices and records the law requires of you as a seller; and your compliance with consumer, data protection, intellectual property, export, sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws where you and your buyers are. The full rules are in the Merchant / Seller Agreement.
4. Prohibited goods — zero tolerance
Selling illegal, stolen, fraudulently obtained, cracked, hacked or infringing goods — including hacked or "cracked" accounts, combo lists, "logs" from info-stealers, stolen card data ("fullz", "carded" goods), malware, RATs, account checkers, "methods" or bypass tools — is strictly forbidden. See the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking this rule leads to immediate termination of the account and all stores, a freeze of any balance held by Tocler while the matter is investigated, refunds to affected buyers where possible, and reports to payment providers and the authorities where the law requires or allows. Products are checked automatically and by hand; a product may be held from going public until it is reviewed.
5. Plans, billing and renewals
- Plans are billed in US dollars (USD). Current plans and prices are on the Pricing page; the Pro plan is currently $9.99 per month. Taxes may be added where the law requires.
- You pay Tocler inside the Dashboard or on the secure page of one of Tocler's payment providers shown there. We never ask you to send money to a person.
- Your price is locked: the price your subscription starts at stays the same for every renewal. If we change a list price, existing subscribers are emailed and keep their price until told otherwise with reasonable notice.
- Renewal invoices are issued about 7 days before the period ends, with reminders (7, 3, 1 days before). An unpaid renewal becomes past due with a grace period of 7 days; after that the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: stores above the limit are paused and paid features switch off until you pay.
- Upgrades apply immediately (the unused value of your current period is credited); downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period.
6. Tocler's fee on sales
Tocler charges a fee on the sales in your stores — 0–3% depending on your plan (Free 3%, Pro 1.5%, Enterprise 0%), plus any per-payment-method fee shown in your Dashboard. How the fee is collected is described in Payments, Fees & Payouts: it is taken before your wallet is credited for payments that go through Tocler, and for payments that go straight to your own accounts it is taken from your wallet balance or billed to you on a fee invoice. Unpaid fee invoices may lead to the steps listed there (reminders, restricted checkout, suspension).
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your content (texts, images, logos). You give Tocler a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display and process it only as needed to run and promote your stores and the Service. Keys and codes you upload are stored encrypted and delivered only to the buyer who paid for them.
8. Security and acceptable behaviour
You must not attack, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, access data that is not yours, bypass limits, plan rules or security controls (including CAPTCHAs, rate limits and 2-step login), or use the Service to send spam. Report security issues to support@tocler.com; do not test against other customers' stores.
9. Data protection
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. For your customers' personal data you are the controller and Tocler acts as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum. We collect only the data needed to run the Service, keep it secure and comply with the law.
10. Support and support access
Contact us at support@tocler.com. Response times depend on your plan. With your permission, or when needed to resolve an issue, authorised Tocler staff may open a read-only, time-limited support view of your Dashboard; every view is logged with a reason and cannot change anything or reveal full product keys.
11. Reports, investigations and enforcement
Anyone can report a store or product (the "Report abuse / DMCA" link in every store, or support@tocler.com). Tocler reviews reports and may ask you for information, remove or block products, pause payment methods, pause a store, hold balances it holds while investigating, or close the account. We act proportionately and, where possible, explain the reason and give you a chance to respond — except where the law, a payment provider, the protection of buyers or an investigation requires us to act immediately or not to tell you.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your plan in Dashboard → Plan & Billing.
- We may suspend or end your account or a store for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or the documents they include, if required by law or a payment provider, to prevent fraud or harm, or if fees remain unpaid.
- After termination, any balance Tocler holds for you is paid out subject to the payout rules, open refunds, chargebacks, owed fees, reserves and any legal hold. We keep data only as long as the law, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling require.
13. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it available and secure and announce planned maintenance where possible, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Liability
To the extent the law allows: (a) Tocler is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue or data; (b) Tocler is not liable for the goods you sell, your dealings with your buyers or the services of your own payment providers; (c) Tocler's total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the plan fees you paid Tocler in that period; (d) nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You will indemnify Tocler against claims arising from the goods you sell, your content, your stores, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service grows. For material changes we notify you by email or in the Dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law or to protect users. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
16. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator lives. Before any formal dispute, contact us and we will try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If Tocler is later run by a company, these Terms may be transferred to it; we will tell you.
